Before turning to novels, Garth worked as the head of healthcare communications in the UK for
the prestigious US ad agency BBDO / Omnicom. In this role, he shaped messages and
communications for some of the biggest names in health and pharmaceuticals. But as much as he
enjoyed this work, his true passion for storytelling remained ever-present. Writing for him was
never just a job—it was a calling.
Garth’s professional success in communications gave him the freedom to pursue his personal
passions. He’s traveled the world, chasing erupting volcanoes in Iceland, helicoptering to the top
of Mount Everest, and navigating the treacherous waters of the Grand Canyon. His adventures
